A nationally Certified Medical Malpractice Specialist, Mr. Bostwick obtained the largest medical malpractice verdict in U.S. history in 1978 and has set many other state and national records for high-value recoveries over his years in practice.
- Erik L. Peterson: This is Mr. Peterson’s 19th consecutive Super Lawyers selection, having been recognized by the publication every year since 2006. As Co-Founder of our firm, Mr. Peterson has helped recover millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for clients, including a record-setting $17 million birth injury settlement in May 2019 that became the largest medical malpractice present value result in California history.
